Our Occupational Therapists will help you learn easier and safer ways to approach bathing, dressing, eating as well as going to the restroom. This will decrease your dependency on others and help you maintain your dignity.

Fun
If community activities, parties and outings are scary or challenging, we can help. OT can help restore fine motor skills to help pick up and control small objects. OT can also teach you energy conservation techniques to help you pace yourself through all that fun.
